Please read carefully before placing an order.

This page tells you the terms and conditions on which food and drink on this website will be supplied by us to you. By ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time by posting changes online.

Section 1

Information about us

This website is operated by Isra Thai Restaurant Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 8431274). Registered office: 23 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2QP. VAT number: 184377280.

Upon placing an order, a contract is formed between you and Isra Thai Restaurant Ltd T/A Thai Table Restaurant. No other party is involved in any aspect of that contract.

Section 2

Your status

By placing an order through this site, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
You are at least 18 years old
If purchasing alcohol and appearing under 21, valid photo ID is required (passport or photo driving licence)

Section 3

Customer responsibilities

When placing an order you must carefully check all order details before clicking the payment button.

It is your responsibility to enter an accurate and complete delivery address. Orders we cannot deliver due to incorrect address details will be charged in full.

You must ensure delivery can be made at the selected time. If we are unable to deliver at the given address at that time the order will be considered cancelled at full cost. No rescheduling will be permitted.

For addresses that are difficult to locate, please include clear delivery instructions in the notes box provided. Failure to do so may result in delay or cancellation.

Section 4

How the contract is formed

After placing an order you will receive an automated email acknowledging it, followed by a confirmation of the transaction details.

We will contact you if there are issues relating to:

Availability of particular dishes or items
Specific requests you have made
Timing or delivery issues

All transactions are at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any order without giving a reason. In exceptional circumstances we may change order details or timings; in such cases you will have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Section 5

Amendment & cancellation of orders

You have no right to amend or cancel an order once accepted. If you wish to do so, please call us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee this if preparation has already begun.

Where we agree to a cancellation and payment has been made, we will aim to issue a refund within 7–10 working days.

Section 6

Delivery & collection times

We do our utmost to ensure orders are ready at the time indicated. However, factors beyond our control — such as heavy traffic, roadworks, or severe weather — may cause delays.

Where possible we will notify you of delays. We shall have no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Section 7

Food allergies & intolerances

Allergen notice

Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances by calling 01189471500 directly. We cannot guarantee our dishes are 100% free from allergens including peanuts and nuts. Guests with life-threatening allergies must take this into consideration before ordering.

Other communication channels such as email and social media are not regularly monitored for allergy requests.

Section 8

Online purchase of alcoholic drinks

We will not supply alcohol if we believe:

You are excessively drunk
Alcohol will be passed to under-18s

If you appear under 21 you will be required to show a valid passport or photo driving licence. The person placing the order must be present at collection or delivery.

Section 9

Intellectual property

The website content, functionality and design are protected by copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Thai Table Restaurant. No part of the website may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Section 10

Liability & disclaimer

Our liability for failing to deliver products of satisfactory quality is limited to the price of those products. We are not liable for any special or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
